The rules for using mangodigital.co, our free SEO audit tool, and the SEO Coach subscription. Full-service consulting engagements have their own separate agreements.

1. Acceptance

By using mangodigital.co (the “Site”) or our free SEO audit tool, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. About mangoDigital

mangoDigital is a B2B SEO and organic growth agency based in New Delhi, India. We provide consulting services to business clients via separate engagement agreements. This Site and our free audit tool are free resources for prospective clients and the broader B2B community.

3. The Free SEO Audit Tool

  • What it does: Crawls publicly accessible pages on a URL you submit, runs technical checks, and emails you a report.
  • What it's for: Informational and educational use. The report is a snapshot of automated signals, not a guarantee of search ranking outcomes.
  • You must own or have permission to audit the URL. Don't use it on sites you don't have rights to test.
  • Fair use: One audit per email per day. Bulk submissions or commercial reselling of our audit output is not permitted.
  • No guarantees: Findings and recommendations are based on automated analysis. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside the scope of this tool.

4. SEO Coach — Paid Subscription

SEO Coach is a paid, self-serve subscription that gives you a daily set of SEO actions for one website, generated from an automated audit of that site. By creating an account and starting a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Account: You register with an email address and password and verify your email with a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. One account per user; you may not share, resell, or provide access to others.
  • Free trial: New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
  • Price & billing: After the trial, the subscription costs ₹1,999 per month per website and renews automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge this recurring fee to your chosen payment method until cancellation.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel any time from your dashboard (Account & subscription) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid period. Cancelling during the trial avoids any charge.
  • Refunds: Except where required by law, monthly fees already charged are non-refundable — cancelling prevents future charges rather than refunding the current period. We may grant exceptions at our discretion.
  • Price changes: We may change the price or features with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then if you don't agree.
  • Payments: Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
  • Nature of the service: SEO Coach provides automated recommendations and guidance. You choose whether and how to implement them on your own site. It is not a guarantee of any ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome. See our Disclaimer.
  • Availability: We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without an uptime guarantee, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.

5. Paid Consulting & Done-For-You Services

Our full-service SEO, content, and growth engagements (including any “done-for-you” upgrade from SEO Coach) are not governed by these terms. Each engagement is covered by a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or Master Services Agreement signed between mangoDigital and the client. Site content (case studies, project pages, blog posts) describes our work and methodology but does not constitute an offer to provide services.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account, contacting us, or using our tools
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use
  • Only add a website you own or have permission to manage
  • Not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Site or its features
  • Not use our tools for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • Respect the rate limits and fair-use policies above

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design, code, logos, and the “mangoDigital” name and brand — is owned by mangoDigital. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish full articles, copy our designs, or use our brand without written permission.

Content you submit (URLs, contact form messages) remains yours. You grant us a limited right to process it solely to deliver the service you requested.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to external resources. We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and our free audit tool are provided “as is.” We make no warranties — express or implied — about uptime, accuracy of audit findings, completeness of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.

SEO and digital marketing outcomes are inherently uncertain. Any results, statistics, or case studies on this Site represent past performance for specific clients and don't guarantee similar outcomes for others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mangoDigital and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or audit tool — including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the free Site and audit tool is limited to ₹1,000 (or the equivalent in your currency).

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or audit tool for anyone violating these terms, abusing the tool, or for any reason at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.

13. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
