How I ranked a website in 12 hours?

I built a tech-niche website around a SaaS product after thorough research- good search volume, active community, low competition- honestly, I could see my site ranking when I saw the competition first, but not in 12 hours.

5,000Push Notification Subscribers
1,500Daily Traffic
~$800Monthly Adsense Earnings
$23,000Website Selling Price

The challenge

The primary challenge was to maintain the rankings and improve them. Even though the keyword search volume was high and competition was low, we were still entering with a fresh domain name and search engines do take time to prioritise such domains over long-term players.

Our approach

1. I made sure I knew every single thing about the topic. I knew how to install the SaaS, I knew the exact benefits that tool offered, I knew what could go wrong while a user would try to reap these benefits, I knew the common and uncommon pitfalls of usage before I built the site, I had real use cases of the product failing and my team troubleshooting while performing different tasks, and we knew what any user would most want to use this tool for. 2. I made the website live with 25 articles and all these articles were the best pieces of information available on their respective topics. I did not create content just for the sake of adding length or more information, but to provide information that the readers would not find anywhere else- and that can't happen until you know the topic inside-out.

The results

After ensuring the website was meeting my publishing checklist, I made it live, late at night, right before going to bed and then I slept easy. In the morning, I woke up, worked out, had breakfast, and sat down on my work desk. Now, the curiosity- let's see what's happening on the site I made live last night. I didn't use a tool to track. I simply did a "Control Shift N," opened google.com, and searched for the main keyword I wanted to rank for. DRUMROLLS!!!!! My website was ranking on the second position for the primary keyword. Through its lifespan of 12 months, this website made me upwards of $35,000, which included Adsense earnings, Guest posts, and the flipping reward in the end.
